Upon occasion we may ship using another carrier. Please note that Fed Ex Ground does not ship to P.O. Boxes or offer Sunday delivery. You will have a selection of shipping options based upon the weight and the shipping address of your order. These options will be presented after you enter your ‘ship to’ address. Shipping TimesThe Lolita Store will process your order promptly and most orders will ship within 2 business days after receiving your order. Delivery will be determined by the method chosen – under normal circumstances Fed Ex Ground will take approx 4 – 5 business days to the West Coast, approx 3- 4 business days to the Midwest and approx 2-3 business days to the East Coast. TrackingA Fed Ex tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped and you will be able to track your package with this number by going to FedEx.com Shipping ChargesShipping charges will depend upon the size, weight and the location being shipped to. PLEASE be careful when filling in the ‘ship to address’ as we do charge a $10 rerouting fee for a package that has to be rerouted due to an incorrect address provided on the original order. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice. Sales TaxA 5% sales tax will be applied to all items shipped within the state of Virginia. Gift OptionLolita glasses make wonderful gifts and come in their own beautiful box so wrapping is not necessary. We do offer a gift card option which you will find when you check out. Returns and ExchangesWe are sure you will love your Lolita order, but if for some reason you are not satisfied simply return it within 10 days to the address listed under customer service below. Once we receive the return we will credit the credit card used to place the order for the price of the item(s) excluding shipping charges – we do not issue cash or check refunds. If the merchandise is damaged please notify us within 3 business days and a RA number will be issued and the package will be picked up by Fed Ex. Please save all packing materials as Fed Ex may require an inspection of the package. Upon our receiving the damaged items back we will replace the items or issue a credit to the credit card used to place the order. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges after 30 days.
