Does Lolita provide custom glass designs or request services?

Lolita's company is now a global corporation. To meet demand, her products are produced in multiple factories. Unfortunately, she could never come close to filling all the wonderful requests for custom glasses that she receives. She will consider a request for large orders of around 1200 pieces with approximately 6-8 month lead time. Please send these requests to info@designsbylolita.com.

The glass I want is "Out of Stock", when will you have more?

We receive new stock weekly, sometimes daily depending upon supply. Due to heavy demand, many items that show out of stock are actually out of stock at the manufacturer, so times can vary for when an item is re-stocked. Our general advice is to check back daily.

Can you please notify me when the item I want is back "In Stock"?

We try to do this but sometimes we just get so many requests that we suggest our customers check back daily. This way you can be one of the first to see all Lolita's latest products and new glasses.

Where can I find Lolita items at local retail stores?

If the design you are looking for is not available on our site today please check back or you can also find Lolita products at many fine gift, department and specialty stores.

I have a retail business and I would like to sell Lolita products. Where can I buy them at wholesale price?

For all wholesale information, please send an e-mail to info@designsbylolita.com and a complete list of wholesale manufacturers/distributors will be forwarded to you.

Do you ship to the UK or Canada?

We do ship to the UK and Canada via USPS Global Priority. During the checkout process just select the International Shipping option and you will be notified of the shipping fee. Lolita now has a distributor in the United Kingdom sales@lolitadesigns.co.uk, in Canada dave@bellaflor.ca, and in Australia lisa.holmes@landmarkconcepts.com.au. For product information in these international areas, please e-mail them.

Are Lolita glasses dishwasher safe?

Lolita glasses are NOT dishwasher safe. The harsh chemicals and high temperatures can damage the paint. We recommend gentle hand washing to clean your Lolita glassware.

Is the paint on Lolita glasses safe?

All Lolita Glassware is manufactured to pass all federal standards for lead and cadmium as well as California Prop 65.

When may I expect delivery of my shipment?

The Lolita Store is in Virginia and ships daily via Fed Ex Ground and Fed Ex Express. We have a 2 day shipping policy but try to ship daily as the order is received. We ship on all business days and there is no shipping on weekends or major holidays. Occasionally we may use another carrier upon special request. Any order received after 3pm may ship out the next business day. When your order’s shipping label is obtained you should get an automatic e-mail from our site with your Fed Ex tracking number. By the evening of shipment, or the next morning, you should be able to go to www.fedex.com and get a scheduled delivery date. For other information relating to the projected delivery time for your Zone by Fed Ex, or other shipping questions, please go to our Customer Care Store Policy relating to shipping information.

What do I do when an item is out of stock or the quantity is not available?

The Lolita Store gets orders weekly. If the item is out of stock or we don't have the quantity you are looking for today please call customer service at 1-877-566-0999 so we may assist you.
