A blind wine tasting is a fun and informative way to identify your preferences and try new wines - often with surprising results. Select four wines (explore different varietals, regions, vintages or prices) and conceal them in the bottle bags, identifying each with a numbered tag. The wine table card outlines the tasting process and provides some common terms to describe tasters' observations, which quests can record on the guided note pads provided. Once all four bottle have been tasted and scored, removing the bags could reveal a new favorite wine.
